The Raising Our Daughters Foundation’s mentorship programs are designed to equip young women of color with the skills, confidence, and support needed to excel personally and professionally. Our dedicated mentors work one-on-one and in group settings, guiding mentees through challenges, celebrating their successes, and helping them set and achieve meaningful goals. With a focus on leadership, mental health, career readiness, and academic success, our mentorship programs provide invaluable connections and insights that help young women navigate their unique journeys. By fostering resilience and self-belief, our mentorship initiatives empower each young woman to become a powerful force for change in her community and beyond.

The Own Your Success (OYS) Initiative is a college prep and career planning resource for men and women.

Led by Raising Our Daughters Board of Director, Loredana Sciortino, Founder of Connex Consulting, The Launch It! Workshop is a virtual 5 week business planning workshop to start and or grow your business.
